迷迭香芝士麵包
香噴噴的迷迭香芝士麵包!
麵粉 250g
水 250g
鹽 25g
酵母4g
牛奶 38 g
橄欖油 25g
迷迭香
帕馬森乳酪
將水、麵粉、鹽、 酵母和牛奶攪伴。
再加入橄欖油攪伴到麵糊。靜放在溫室等發酵30分鐘。
分割幾個麵糰塊,輕輕揉圓。再發酵30分鐘。
把麵糰放在烤盤上,再次發酵30分鐘。
麵糰塗上橄欖油。
撒上迷迭香和帕馬森乳酪。
放入220°C烤箱烘大約10分鐘。
